Ultrasound imaging is produced by high frequency sound waves when directed at a specific area of the body. As the sound waves travel into the body, they return three dimensional images of the internal organs in real time. With ultrasound, we can quickly locate and locate tumors, cysts, stones, inflammation, and other problems within the internal system.
