How do I make an appointment?

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 217-632-7713. We request the courtesy of at least two days’ notice for cancellations so that we may schedule another patient in your place.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CareCredit. Please note that payment is due at the time services are performed.

What do I do if my pet is having an emergency?

Petersburg Veterinary Clinic provides 24 hour emergency care for small and large animals. If your pet is having a medical emergency, please call us at 217-632-7713.

Prescription Policy

We are pleased to refill your pet’s prescription through our in-house pharmacy. We do not recommend purchasing your pet’s medications from unknown online pharmacies. Please talk with us first before purchasing your pet’s medications from another source.

Return Policy

Products that have left our facility cannot be returned. However, according to manufacturer guarantee, opened bags of dog and cat food may be returned or exchanged.
