In addition to comprehensive physical exams, Petersburg Veterinary Clinic also offers advanced diagnostic testing for small animals. Our clinic is equipped with a complete in-house laboratory that allows us to diagnose a variety of diseases and medical conditions, as well as monitor the progress of your pet’s treatment. Our on-site veterinary laboratory features diagnostic testing for the following:

• CBC (Complete Blood Counts)
• Blood chemistry panels
• Urinalysis and fecal examinations
• Fecal testing for intestinal parasites
• Parvo testing
• FELV/FIV testing
• Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma testing
• Electrolyte evaluation
• Cytology of skin and ear samples
